Come hungry. Leave inspired.

2026 Special Olympics Texas Gold Medalist Gabe Ruiz is no stranger to Galaxy FBO. Earlier this year, we had the privilege of giving Gabe his very first airplane flight from Addison Airport, a moment we’ll never forget. Now, the 16-year-old entrepreneur is chasing another dream with the launch of his own business, Elote Loco Street Corn. Join us at our Kaboom Town Ramp Watch Party on Friday, July 3, and support Gabe by trying his delicious street corn. Come hungry, leave inspired, and help us celebrate a remarkable young man who’s proving that anything is possible. As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re also celebrating the opportunities that make the American dream possible.
