Customer Service

Our customer service team members are the eyes, ears, and heartbeat of our entire operation. These highly skilled individuals deliver a personalized experience to each of our guests in-person and online. Our customer service department provides a range of concierge level services from securing dinner reservations to helping you elevate special occasions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a legendary service experience to every guests
  • Receive and process all reservations, scheduling, and concierge request.
  • Maintains and communicates service queue for the ramp operations team.
  • Prepare and process all invoices.
  • Ensure safety is at the forefront of all operations and the guests experience.

Line Service

Our line service team members are the muscle of our operation. These highly energetic team members see that every operation is received and launched with a smile, all knowing that every aircraft service request was completed with absolute accuracy, efficiency, and safety at the forefront of every move.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a legendary service experience to every guests as they are the first and last team member to interact with each operation.
  • Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
  • Operate all company ground support equipment to complete service request.
  • Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
  • Ensure safety is at the forefront of all operations and the guests experience.
