We’re proud to announce the opening of Black Walnut Café at Galaxy FBO. It’s our 8th location, and the first to offer plenty of fly-up parking.
Established in 2002, Black Walnut Café is a contemporary American fast-casual restaurant offering all-day breakfast, sandwiches, salads, pastas, enticing entrees and decadent desserts all prepared from scratch.
We now offer turn-key business suites for pilots or aviation related businesses. We have several rooms to choose from – move in ready, comes with lots of amenities.
Galaxy FBO was proud to host the Challenge Air Fly Day at the Lone Star Executive Airport on Saturday, October 19th. Twenty-four pilots donated their time & their aircraft to fly more than a hundred special needs kids, who had the opportunity to “solo” fly the aircraft with their family member aboard.

We hosted a small open house for our old friends & family to come and check out our new FBO at the Lone Star Executive Airport on Saturday October 5th.
Although not 100% ready (yes, unfortunately our large motorized presentation screen and projector is MIA), we’re happy to host over 50 attendees for the Leadership Montgomery County (LMC).
With a record rainfall in Houston area on Friday & Saturday, our aircraft Canopy came in really handy, providing comfort for both the crew and the passengers.
