Galaxy FBO Staff Attended The Ritz-Carlton Enrichment Courses

Galaxy FBO Customer Service and Line Service Representatives recently attended The Ritz-Carlton Enrichment Courses in Fort Worth, Texas right after the annual National Business Aviation Administration’s 2017 Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference.

The daylong training, provided by the World Fuel Services, helped the Galaxy FBO team explore the award-winning business practices of The Ritz-Carlton. The training has re-enforced our customer service standards to accentuate even a more positive company culture.

The Ritz-Carlton Enrichment Courses on February 10, 2017, will help us anticipate customer needs with that ‘little something extra’ by capturing small details, and to establish emotional connection through customer engagement.

The popular Memorable Customer Service – “Radar On-Antenna Up” course, as well as the Legendary Service at The Ritz-Carlton course were presented by The Ritz-Carlton customer experience advisors.
