When two senior care facilities in Port Arthur – Cypress Glen and Lake Arthur Place – took on water due to Hurricane Harvey on Tuesday Night, August 29th (Click here for the Weather Channel Story), a rescue mission was organized immediately to evacuate close to 200 Nursing Home residents and patients to six North Houston senior care facilities.
Severe weather caused by Hurricane Harvey impacted many Houston Area Airports, commercial and general aviation flights in the past few days. Our team is heartbroken over the tragedy that has hit Texas, but we remained in operation during the storm to support the flight operations; and helped many rescue missions over the past few days.

Galaxy FBO has recently completed Phase II Construction for additional ramp and hangar space at the Conroe / North Houston Regional Airport (CXO). The two new hangars are now readily available, located next to the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol Federal Inspection Station on Taxiway-F.
Galaxy FBO, along with the Conroe North Houston Regional Airport is named one of top general aviation operations in United States by the FltPlan Pilots’ Choice Award survey.
The Conroe North Houston Regional Airport (CXO) announced today that the airport’s new U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP) Federal Inspection Station has cleared its 100th international flight.
